If you think there is a Constitution please read this

SJ,

It is very easy to find the 2 Consttituions in the states. I had the Constitution for the California Republic of 1849 and the present corporate constitution, at one time, when I was studying state Citizenship through Richard McDonald years ago. All states have 2 Constitutions, one original and organic and the other corporate. If you research this you will find it to be true. Just type in California Constitution of 1849 in your search engine and compare it with the current California Constitution. The 1849 Constitution has never been repealed and is the people Constitution.

SJ,

All voter registration cards are for US citizens only. Maybe you need to speak with John Jennings about this. He has been fighting it here in Florida for quite some time. I think I have a brief from him in this regard if you would like me to upload it for you.

Whether it be the "organic" or the "corporate"... it is still our responsibility to maintain it. The "organic" must become "corporate" in order to function in commerce. No biggy.

Wouldn't it be great to put someone into office that would do away with the "corporate" and take the U.S. completely out of commercial status?

Ice,

I personally would love to see that happen. I do not see it, however. I have been in this a long time and have only seen things get worse. I will not vote for the officers of the corporation. If there comes a time when we can be ellectors again that would be great. Voting is not the answer.

How can you know if you don't make the attempt?

Did you have a chance to read the thread SJ posted regarding the polls? There's Badnarik... making some decent headway... and the media still doesn't make mention of him - But they do mention the guy that's way at the bottom of the poll.

There will be a day when it will come to a point that they won't be able to ignore guys like Badnarik. Your vote could help that day come much sooner. If all the people that WON'T vote would put in a vote for Badnarik ... don't you think that would have an effect of some kind? If not anything else, maybe it will alert the Media that they do not have the attention of as many of us as they think they do? ... that maybe their "propaganda" isn't as effective as they think?... that maybe we're on to them?

But, we will never know as long as people choose to skip participating in the vote. We couldn't even guess at what kind or how much, if any, impact it might have... because we really don't have the numbers of those, like you (same reasoning as you), that will not participate. I'll bet there are a lot of folks that don't vote for the same reasons that you don't.

It is my opinion that the more of us that will actively promote a candidate that will tackle the issues that are important to us and the more of us that vote... will have an effect. If not more than waking up a few of the sleepers... that's a good effect.

I think it's much better than hiding a lamp under a bush... I want to make the light shine.

[color=black][b]Ice, I cancelled my VR to remove my U.S. Citizen presumption. How can I vote for great guys like Badnarik & Ron Paul WITHOUT being stigmatized as a 14th Amendment Citizen?

Should we just show up at the polls anyway as sovereigns and demand our right to vote without the registration & have a lawsuit drafted up ahead of time regarding fraud & discrimination if we are denied?

This supports Ice's contention:

"While the 14th Amendment does not create a national citizenship, it has the effect of making that

citizenship 'paramount and dominant' " -- Supreme Court, Colgate vs. Harvey 296 U.S. 404, 427;

80 L. Ed. 299 1935; See page 309 Lawyers Ed.
