If you think there is a Constitution please read this

Hello,

I received the below quote in an email this morning from another group. Notice what the Judge said about Supreme court decisions before 1938. Also notice what was said about HJR 192 as well. Sounds to me like the Constitution does not matter to this judge.

Quote:
"i am new to this group and am on a fact finding mission for my own education to prepare for any possible court actions in the future, not to learn how to bicker like pre-schoolers over who's hero is better than someone elses

i just went to court with the afv with copies of my ucc-1 ucc-3 security aggreement and was told by the judge that illinois does not honor hjr192 or any part thereof , or any redemptiion non-sense of any kind . afv, boes or bonds of any kind are not accepted for payment of fines taxes levies or judgementsand does not honor any supreme court rulings or fed laws enacted before 1938. he then ordered me to pay the fine in FRN or go to jailfor 6 months i asked the judge if i tried to pay the fine with a worthless insturment of debt if it would be a crime and he said yes i ask him what a frn was and he said lawful currency not backed by gold or silver, i asked him is there more debt against the frn that its face value and he said there was no debt against it other than it'sprinting cost."

Didn't think a Judge would go against Public Policy.

Jim sez: "Look in the USCA and even your state annotated and you will find cases dating before 1938."

These are cases that are often cited when judges render decisions.

IF THEY CAN USE THEM - WE CAN USE THEM.

Ice sez: I would have asked the Judge if he were making a legal determination or decision... and then I would have taken him to task on both statements. NO ONE IS IMMUNE FROM PUBLIC POLICY... NO ONE!

Jim is kinda busy at the moment... but he'll get back to us after the seminar this weekend. Maybe he'll have some time to pop in for a moment.

Ya know, I would think that if the Judge's decision was based upon the statement quoted above... it might very well be VOID.
