Traffic Tickets

Hello,



I received 2 tickets last night for tinted windows and no front plate (talk about extortion!). Do you have any suggestions how to administratively resolve these tickets? The cop said I'll be getting a notice by mail for my court date and that it's a must appear. I do have my registered tradename on file and was thinking of putting the cop on notice for unauthorized use, any ideas? Thank you!

Did you look up the vehicle codes on the tickets to see a violation actually occurred? Look them up and see what they say.
