P.S. I have an idea... why not grab a bond on Timothy McVeigh? That would be both interesting and inconsequential regarding discretion.

i like the idea of motion of discovery, foia to find the performance bond, that was put on the futures market. they they deny the defedant the write to there bond info, then thats a violation of habeaus corpus. once the bond is discovered through the ssn, then the judge will have to provide the cusip number, once the cusip number is obtained, then one can go to work on the payment bond and have there iboe issued.. sounds like a logical procress... yes, i really enjoyed jean keatings article and the bond creates division.
I would like to know what blanket bond, case specific bond they used.

I was just going to suggest that you sue the company issuing CUSIPS and use civil discovery to make them give up the info.
Also use a FOIA and see what comes up.
Also include in law suit unlawfull use of name. Subpoena every doc with NAME on it.

Kgod999: Where and how did you do this look up that you refer to in the opening statment below? Was it done through one of those CUSIP tracking places? If so, where?
Thank you.

Hey SwiftKnight;
Do you still have that link where members here can register for a free trial week to do CUSIP searches? Can somebody please post that?
Clever! Depose the judge as a banker/trustee. Very clever!

It is probably not too hard to find:

P.S. I have been broadcasting some of this to suitors; one says:

You get the bond holder information from either Standard & Poors or the Securities and Exchange Commission

P.P.S. I think I sanitized this a few weeks ago with the "Cxxxx" names and posted it around here. Maybe not - just the same it seems worth a read:
