I want to thank all of you for all of the sharing that is going on within this forum...



My problem is this, I am looking for different UCC FS, SA's and any indemnity relationships between the SP and DEBTOR....for comparison and contrast...



I currently have a copy of CTC3, but I have heard that Barton's paperwork is different....



Barton, however, is EXTREMELY busy and difficult to reach....so I am wondering can anyone provide me other examples (with thoughts of likes/dislikes as well) besides this CTC3 stuff that I have already??



Uploads or files sent to my email would be fine with me...

Barton's package is short and sweet, It is easy to understand and contains about 75 pages of information on how to file and what to write in the collateral block . It is a little different than CTC3 but not wrong just different. If you send a small donation and ask for his latest redemption package he will mail it to you.
