Badnarik seems pretty good on the Constitution.

What do you have against him?

Have you even watched the seven hours, much less studied what the man has to say?

What has he said to which
Quote:
"recent case law, statute, code, ect.. to back this horse **** up,"
is relevant, or even applicably possible?

In general, it would seem that the Constitution itself would not require
Quote:
"recent case law, statute, code, ect.. to back this horse **** up,"
since the Constitution is the source from which that proceeds.

It is confusing to try and comprehend what you are saying.

Are you saying the Constitution is "horse ****?"

Are you saying that what Badnarik is saying concerning the Constitution requires validation through
Quote:
"recent case law, statute, code, ect.. to back this horse **** up?"

It is difficult to discern whether you are attacking Badnarik, or rodgerdodger, or Charlesa6, or aksis, the Constitution, or all of them.

What, exactly is the
Quote:
"horse ****"
to which you are referring?

If you are not a sovereign citizen at least as regards your own property, what are you then?

A subject, to a Sovereign, like the British?

Do you deny any concept of sovereign ownership of any property?

Is that the "reality" you would have them "come back to" "for a moment?"

Hey Aksis! Book can be purchased here I believe.

http://www.badnarik.org/

Look down towards the bottom of the page.

MRG Thank you! hmmmm..Constitution is too hard for NDUSA ..lets back NDUSA up a little bit to this document.

http://memory.loc.gov/service/rbc/bdsdcc/02101/0001.jpg

It is nice and big .jpg so you can read. John Han****'s original sig is down at the bottom for you too. Check it out baby! You also might want to pay particular attention the the unalienable rights part of that document. Unalienable = no liens = cant be contracted away even if you try. This old english is cool as heck because I read the King James version of the Bible, I can almost read this.

Nd seems to be of the camp who think laws have expiration dates. Why, in high school textbooks, they are referring to the Constitution as a "document that reflected issues and problems of that day". Ha! Schoonra seems to think that a 70 year old law somehow doesn't apply anymore. Forgot which thread that was on.

Hitler, very interesting... And who backed Hitler? Prescott Bush and international bankers. Just read up on how granddaddy bush made his first million $. And it wasn't from selling used tires.

Really good videos on the Constitution. I would love to see your argument against it though NDUSA.

I enjoy any information contradictory, so have at it. I think its useful to see oppositional arguments.

p.s.

rodgerdodger5, thankf for that great jpg. I have never feen one fo clear before. Thankf again. ;)

For those who don't get Born Stupid's joke translate the little old english 'f''s in the text without the crossbar to 's' and it will make perfect fenfe. I think I am going to change my handwriting for the letter s to thif too. . You miffpelled thif word. NO I DIDN'T
