The first line underneath the burner appears to read:

He demonstrates, I think, the Law of Conservation (of matter, I think, or perhaps matter/energy) and does not seem to tie it to the
electromagnetics of Faraday's Law, except to say that what he is showing is the foundation of electromagnetism.
