I am new to this website and the forums. I am also new to knowledge of the Redemption process. I need guidance. The ones here with the most experience can lead me in the right direction. I have been studying all that I can find on the process of getting free from the tyranny placed upon us by the loss of our rights under common law and the Constitution. I have serious concerns that need to be addressed. I was at work last night and came across the google video that you mentioned. I have not seen it all yet. I did go to the websites mentioned and I have found you folks here. I would appreciate any assistance and direction. I have already filed a truth affidavit for power of attorney in the county where I live. I have been working on a UCC1 Financing statement to file and have prepared a Security Agreement. I have many questions but up till now no one to ask.

Agfox, welcome to the suijuris forum.
Get the whole set of 7hrs for your learning experience, and study, before you go any further in UCC reedemption process.
You can obtain the 7hrs video@ Law Research Group in our forum at the top of browser indicate store click on it. While you at it check forum section under UCC for more details to your situation.

Thanks for the welcome Charles. I am not sure I can wait that long. I am already in a situation with the state of Georgia Revenue. I am willing to do all the study necessary but I have to move and move fast. You see Charles it is this way. I decided a number of years ago that I had my fill of being pushed around. I did in depth study about the nature of the income tax and the legality of it. My studies revealed much. I decided to no longer cooperate as I had. I stopped filing after 1999. I have still not exercised that part of Title 26 to stop taxes from being removed from my earnings. Now I am being assessed by Georgia. I went through a messy divorce in 2004 and was distracted. I moved to another state. Now I have this mess to deal with. I have responded in the best way that I knew how to do. In good faith did I respond. But the tryanny of government both state and federal does not listen to appeal to the common law and the Constitution. They do not listen to anything. I presented the evidence that I had including Georgia statutes, United States Code, Articles of the Constitution, supreme court decisions. None of this mattered to them. I now know why.

I appealed their decisions in assessments as indicated but they instead passed it on to Administrative law judge for hearing. I never requested such. I did not know anything of the UCC code when I made my responses. In an affidavit from one of these entities I was given the label of Tax protestor, of which I refute. So if there is any way to expedite my way into the Redemption Process I need it. I have already read for many hours and days over the past weeks since learning about the Redemption process. I will try the tapes. I will ask for any assistance with what I do not understand. Thanks again.

Agfox, sorry but Charles, although well-intentioned with his plug of our store, was incorrect in indicating that Roger Elvick's full lecture was available for sale. This entire lecture in fact will be put up on Google for free. The second and thirds parts will be going online in the next couple of week. We do have some great materials to get you started on your research though. If you are looking for practical solutions rather than theory may I suggest the Unsecured Debt Research Package or Beating Up Debt Collectors.
