Jason (Administrator) is not in jail, he just sent a post to my thread "Who Wrote CTC?" but I think he must be overwhelmed by things right now...
As far as the bond goes, I don't know if this will help, it was posted here by someone else a few months ago and I snagged it...
I don't have the nerve to try any of these instruments, not after all I've heard about getting arrested, etc.
Barton Buhtz is in jail right now, btw.

Vod
To put the folks in Administrative Default, send VOD #1 first with the Debt Collector Disclosure Statement attached.
30 days later, send VOD #2 with Debt Collector Disclosure Statement, Second Request.
Very important that you send all the above certified with return receipt requested.
I am not sure if you are supposed to do this one more time (ie 30 days later, send 3rd request) before doing the Affidavit of Default or not...
Lastly, send Affidavit of Default (got this from charlesa6, originally composed by banned user Ice).
I don't know if the Affidavit of Default is also supposed to be filed at the courthouse or not, please ask charlesa6 or Ice if you can find him (I originally posted the website where he has moved to, it came back as *************). Wow.
Here they are! Will send VOD #2 and Affidavit of Default in my next post...

Really, I do think Jason is just completely overwhelmed. He has a LOT of responsibility, probably a full-time job too, maybe even a family.
Now we get switched to a new server over the Thanksgiving weekend, there are bound to be some snags.
He is doubtless working on priority issues, there must be a myriad of them...
If those of you want particular downloads, you should at this point just start a new thread asking for someone to post their versions.
This way we can keep things going, for the immediate future...

PS My computer is acting up, will need to reboot and tweak some things before I can send the rest of the VOD stuff for weasel's benefit...

I'm not asking for immediate correction of the issues, just communication. everyone I contact must be on vacation or something. Thanks, Siren, that's aided my understanding, it seems I'm slowly (through study) gaining a grasp of the key issues and proper presentment.
upward and onward

PhP MySql programmer needed.
Most of the problems experienced on this site in terms of its functionality began when we transferred our databases from one hosting company to another. We could use a pretty savvy Unix guru who likewise is well versed in PhP and MySql for trouble shooting, repair/maintenance and custom upgrades.
So, if anyone would like to step up to the plate here email us at: suijuris@suijuris.net and attach your resume.
We want to get things working smoothly A.S.A.P.
Thx.

I just want to bring this back one more time, and I consider this settle the problem of download, and complaint etc.
You hear it from the man himself.
You have to be very knowledgeable in that arena to qualify.
If you have what it take as a programmer then send your resuming right away, and let the changing begin with the new face.
