You failed... your case was flawed.
You have no unalienable right to slander People because of their "race".
When I made a presumption about you that was not true, and then asked the presumptious question based upon this false presumption, you called it slander and filth... slander is a tort.
You convicted your self... you were the judge. I , and others, concure with your judgement.
I simply presented you with an example of what you were doing to People by mimicing you in a way that I believed you would react to. You reacted.
Now you are trying to save face rather then simply admit that it is wrong to judge and slander People by their skin color and/or "race".
And you look more and more like you are expressing how you see me... and less and less like anyone that I want to even interact with.
This is not a topic that is open to debate. It never was.
You will not change my mind regardless of how much circumstancial evidence you or anyone else produced.
I would simply treat you as you were treating others for a time, and then ask you if you like what was done to you.
You would not like it... you did not like it.
I would then tell you that unless you stopped doing it and trying to do it to others, it will continue to be done to you. I don't even have to be the one doing it to you... every where you go, People will start doing it... karma.
