are you going to have the various forms available from this website as was before? If so, how would I access them?

I have not decided if the forms will be made available again or not, my opinion on the forms is that most folks just use them without the proper knowledge and mess things up for themselves and others.

What forms are you guys looking for in particular?

I agree with you,some people misuse it without the knowlege or idea how to implemented those goals especially when dealing with the law or collectors per se. The forms really help a lot. For instance, VOD 14 pages or short form,affidavit of default,Non responding etc. The true the matter is the forms is like handy dandy when you retrieve it and use it to your benefits. I have seen a lot of mistakes peoples make on this site when they construct their own letters to be send to the creditors or collectors for members to view.Jersee,Ice,Sj and other members stated making suggestions and corrections.

People misuse a lot of things. It is our benevolent govt that often keeps us "safe" from these things...like guns or websites or certain candidates or homeopathic remedies or speeding in your commercial vehicle. Thus, govt limits or makes "off-limits" these kinds of things because people misuse or use them without proper knowledge or proper useage of these resources.
I like the forms and too miss them.
I think the website looks great though. The consistent notification of threads I am following is immensely gratifying. Thanks.

We have been waiting for the fill in forms to become available on this new site, we thought it is a fine feature to offer members and used many of them.

The NBWC/SA has been used the most with much success.


Also where are the links to other forums and web pages?

The forms I have found very useful, is the CRA letters to the CRA, The CPN from the VOD pkg's, and just filling out the other forms to see what is exactly in them to better understand thier usage and contents. This site has been extremely helpful and very educational.

I too think you should have one place where can gain access to the forms.
Why because it saves a huge amount of time and for the spirit of
letting the corps have it against the giant. Although if I can find it , there
is a course on creating php's for yourself but isn't everything about saving time on this stuff so we can move forward with the tools in the box?

A solution might also be to let many in if they can name some of
the other former groups that have helped others in the redemption field.
It would show they have been doing this for awhile. (working/studying)

It would be nice to have the VOD packages available for reference. it is a great disservice to not provide them on the basis of some peoples lack of knowledge.
