Interesting vistitors

I was looking for a post I made a long long time ago about some interesting vistitors to suijuris.net. After I wasted a bunch of time looking for it I remembered it was probably lost in the big crash. Anybody remember that?

Anyhow, a few of the interesting vists were from:

FDIC
US Treasury
Preston Gates - (big firm microshaft uses a lot)

There was another big one but I hate to guess so I won't.

Well, today I noticed another big law firm today poking around in the DG thread. But then everyone and their brother is watching that thread anyhow...

And the media even stopped by tonight - can you say fair and balanced?

Hope ya'll enjoy yourselves!

Well, I can only spy on them over here.

Plus, I am sure I don't go to "that other forum"... and I am not even sure which one you are speaking of. ;)

Hhmmmm,

I hope they went to the downloads section to get the proof of what we speak of. That is where they should poke around. Also the FRE and FRCP annotated as well, just to make sure that we know the rules that they are to follow.

The problem is that these bureau - rats use "The Rule of Necessity" to overide "decisional law".
So the law applies to you but not to them.
It must be really cool to have Psychologically disturbed, anti-social minions with cool looking badges along with tazers, mace, clubs, guns, & handcuffs to impose your will on people

State secret priviledge. This is a long-standing evidentiary priviledge that permits government to resist discovery of evidence if disclosure reasonabaly could be seen as threat to military or diplomatic interest of nation: when properly invoked, priviledge is absolute, and no showing of need can overcome it.
