We, here at google, are offering you virtually unlimited storage space so you don't have to delete anything.
We have it set up so that you can really organize it well with storage links also.
This is so that we can read every email sent to you in a more organized way so that we can get on with our day.

Sounds very good to most people, unfortunately. The minute I heard that not only you don't need to delete, but that they archive EVERYTHING on their networks (including email attachments), I told all my friends I would never respond to mail coming from a gmail account. |

LOL....this is the funniest icon I found on the forum, so I thought I'd use it. 
A pill, indeed, bu not just any pill: a pill with hair, well 5!!! ;)
But I digress. About the Google topic, another Webmaster did forward to me an article about Google's paid links practices (yes, published by Google themselves), but I can't seem to locate it now. If I can find it, I will post it. |
