A Request

Dear Members,

I am happy to see the number of members we have, and that more are joining us every day. It does me good to see that there are so many other like-minded people eager to free themselves from all forms of oppression. However, as we have grown, I think a few questions and/or misconceptions about myself, "Sui Juris", have come into existence, and I would like to address them. While they are mainly harmless, I feel that it is good that the record be set straight on a few things.

Question: Who is "Sui Juris"?
Sui Juris is a regular guy who simply wants to offer a networking tool to others, that will eventually make a change to systems of government that are not working, or are downright unconstitutional.

Question: Why the Privacy/Screenname?
The requests about my true name and/or location are becoming more and more frequent, as suijuris.net becomes more and more popular. While I believe most of these requests to be harmless, it still annoys me. I wish to remain private, and suspect that most suijuris members wish the same for themselves. The bottom line is that publicizing my true name does not benefit anyone, which settles that issue.

Misconception: Sui Juris is an "expert" and can give me advice
Wrong! I am a REGULAR guy, and I want to be able to come on the forums to share and learn, just like the rest of you. My area of expertise is setting up and maintaining this site, and even in that area I can still make mistakes. Please do not raise me up to be an "expert", as I am not deserving or interested in such a label.

Misconception: I should contact Sui Juris privately
Like most other regular men, I have a job. My particular line of work consumes most of the time I do not wish to devote to my family and personal interests. I wish for my involvement here to be at will - in other words, when I have a moment to visit the forums and possibly reply to a post, I will do so. Not a day goes by that I do not get e-mails from members asking questions about some process, etc. I am not saying that you should not contact me privately, but please post your question in the forums first. That is what the forums are for, so, please honor that. There are exceptions of course, but you can generally use the forums.

That is it for now, if I think of anything else, I will add it here. Your feedback is always welcome.

Ice, you are welcome, and thanks in return for being a part of this, your support is priceless.

If any of you members feel the need to think of someone as an "expert", it should be members such as Ice, Jersee, James, Jim, kgod, etc. But they are all men, and I suspect they would humbly request to be thought of as regular guys as well.

An expert I am not!!Ice suffers from CRS.& Ice cannot always be depended on for answers because Ice is always a STUDENT first... Ice has been a student since 1972 and continues to be a student... sometimes having to RE-LEARN "stuff".

Thanks for the compliment... but, yes, I am just a regular guy too!!

One other thing that comes to mind:

I think that many of the people who have contacted me privately have done so because they are "shy" or "newbies" and want to learn more before posting.

To anyone reading these forums who is holding back from posting/asking "dumb" questions, I say this:

<P align=left>If you will find the courage to do this, I think that many other beginners here will do the same. At this time there are over 250 members, and I feel that many of these members are holding back. So be a leader -&just ask!

Yeah, you're right,&SuiJuris.& I see that a lot of the same members are doing most of the posting.

Understand that there is no such thing as a dumb question and ask away!!... make comments if you think you can assist in any way... even if only to point out something that you think may have been overlooked by others...

Come on ... GET INVOLVED!! After all, we're in this together whether we like it or not.& The topics discussed here affect us all... and our heirs.& Let's us begin to build a solid foundation ...

Forum,

I do not mind being contacted directly. In fact, if anyone is reluctant to post in the public and want to ask something to me privately--by all means indulge. However, I ask that you do so with the understanding that all the answers lie within yourself.

I know how it sounds but, think about it. Who is going to free you from the beast? Therefore, before contacting me please do some study or some reading about information pertinent to your situation. I too have a full-time job that is making me sick everyday. However, I am slowly but surely setting the stage for my exodus into my own kingdom. With that said, this is not an overnight process. Which is why I envy goldphoenix and Rory.

These 2 members have the golden opportunity to rid themselves of this beast but, also pay close attention to how they are going about it. they are doing diligent study and seeking answers for themselves while brainstorming here.

I know this is long-winded but, I want to make certain that I make my position clear, which is....I do not mind being contacted directly, I am not an expert by no means, my concentration is on commercial issues and CRAs, I have a hodge-podge of knowledge due to study, I give what I can and point you in the direction that you may not have thought of.....please keep that in mind.

To the folks that e-mailed me directly....its okay to do so but, try not to expect an immediate response. Which is why it may be best to post it here so that someone else may give you an idea about your situation. This forum is great! Its free! and it has helped numerous folks in their time of need. Successes are being posted here quite frequently lately and that is due to the individual effort put forth by the members, by using the information that is being tucked away without examination. Congrats to all with success and persistence to all in battle currently.

No need to fear... there is no censorship here.& Even if you were a gov. agent...&it would not&matter.& I would suggest to all that posts remain on a positive note.& We are not here to foster hopelessness in regards to the challenges&any of us may be facing.

If any gov. agents are out there... come on and join the discussion!!& Just remember that everything is based on our inherent rights which are guaranteed in the Constitution for the united States of America.& I, for one, do not mind discussing the issues.

We are basing our process on the truth, the fraud, the constitution and our basic human rights.

So there is nothing to fear here.& If a process is not sound--it will unravel.& but there are alot of folks here with different tactics on presenting the truth and are willing to share their methods.& which is why I believe that we are having a lot of successes posted here lately.

so post away!!!& there is nothing wrong with being wrong in your approach. It is the only way you'll get it right.
