Need help with Forms and Letters
Hello,
I am having trouble with downloading Forms and Letters. Can someone help me please. It will say it is downloading, but will then show done with a blank page.

Need help with Forms and Letters
Make sure you have Adobe PDF installed on your computer - go to google and search for "download acrobat reader" and follow the instructions to download it.

I have full version adobe acrobat. The forms and letters will not download for me. Your site is only site I have trouble with.

What Operating system and browser are you using? Is it possible to access the forms from another computer?

I have windows 200 profesional with IE6. Should not be a problem. I do not understand why I am having this problem. I can try my daughters computer.

You could also try another browser such as netscape or mozilla.

That is true although I like IE6 best. I will try that as well. Don't know if it will work any better, but will give it a shot.

I have tried everything to download what I need and am having no luck. Tried my daughters computer and tried Netscape after I downloaded it. Do not know what else to try. I guess this is just not my day.

SuiJuris,
I finally got my Adobe to download what I needed from the Forms and Letters. I had a problem in my Adobe application and once corrected I was able to get the info needed. That is a great feature you have on the site.
