Land Patent Chat on Tuesday Night

HB & fellow mutants....

Just an idea....

Since not everyone can be availble to attend the chats, I had some thoughts that might make it a win / win.

If each session had a "moderator" that would collect questions from people before hand, and present them to the "guru in attendance", in a logical order, it would be a more efficient and constructive use of the chat and everyones time, and still allow opportunity for spontaneous questions at the end.

If these questions could be presented to the "guru" several days in advance, so answers could be prepared ahead of time, more detailed answers would be the result, and it would take much of the "typing burden" off the guru, freeing up even more time & energy for a more thoughtful answer to the spontaneous questions.

Plus, the 3 bots in the chat room are capable of logging everything that goes on, which is dumped to a text file for possible editing and review. Once edited, the text file could be posted in the downloads section.

This would require a minimum of a two week notice, one week for the gathering of questions, and one week to give the guru a chance to prepare their answers.

For those with more time and initiative, you can download the chat client here.....

CHAT ROOM CLIENT

and make your own logs !

What think ye?

For HIS Glory,

Akira

FYI: there are three levels of "Citizenship" within the chatroom, each represented by a prefix attached to the nickname.

@ = Sovereign = total control of the chat environment

+ = Title of Nobility = priviledged / can still talk when slaves can't

(no prefix) = slave citizen = no control / can only talk... with permission.

The upper statuses will only be avalable to those who use the Chat Client !

You must contact ME once the client is installed so the bots will automaticly give you you status !

Hmmm... I guess that makes me Sovereign of the Chat Universe !! Muahahahahahahaaaaaa

(see how power corrupts ?!?!?!?!?!)

Hi:
Is this an on going Tuesday Land Patent chat? I realize that this is a post of last year. If the Tuesday discussing are still going on I would like to join the discussion.

I had emailed you about a week ago regarding the downloading of 1994 Common Law Tapes by Roy Sweitzer. I got a return message that your box was full.
thanking you in advance for your help

Somebody mentioned the Ensminger decision recently. I liked that because the justices (10th Circuit) specifically mentioned pleading the "resident scam".

Be forewarned that it costs some bucks to get the case out of archives. So if you want it, take advantage and get plenty of certified copies from one trip to the archives. I think Henry knows the phone and case numbers needed. But check first; I think the opinion alone may be easily copied for the small fee - it is the bulk of the case that is stored in archives.

Regards,

David Merrill.
