"Where's that file I uploaded a few weeks ago?"

Sui Juris administrators,

I was recently discussing something in one of the forums, and the conversation got into something about which I had semi-recently uploaded a file to the Downloads section. I went to refer the user to it, but couldn't remember just where I had uploaded it. It occurred to me that a feature to allow a user to browse files according to which user uploaded them might prove an eminently useful one. A user could not only quickly find a file on the basis that it was they who had uploaded it, but could also browse the files uploaded by another user to allow for common research and understanding on points of mutual interest. So I just wanted to toss the concept out there and let the administrators accept it or shoot holes in it as they chose.

That's when the idea occurred to me, yes. Having since found the files, I just wanted to share the idea.
