AOL users?
Over the past few months as our numbers have continued to grow, I have heard from users saying that when they login, they appear on the "Who's online" list, but cannot access downloads, forums, etc.
I am able to login to these accounts just fine, so it is not a problem on our end. I have observed that most these complaints come from users of AOL. Let me just clarify this, it is a common fact among computer users: AOL SUCKS!
And it really sucks for me because I am wasting time trying to diagnose problems that are not caused by suijuris and are out of my control.
I wish for everyone to be able to access this site properly, so please, dump aol and get a proper internet service provider. I simply do not have the time to answer all these e-mail requests from aol users. If you never got your password or need help to retrieve it, that is one thing.
But other problems, such as accessing the forums, downloads, forms, etc, once you have logged in are problems beyond my control.
Here are some common things you can try if you are logged in and still having trouble, in order until you find one that works:
1. Delete your cookies
2. Try downloading and using the latest version of another browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Netscape)
3. Try accessing the site from another computer on a different internet connection
4. If you are just having trouble viewing the generated form letters, make sure you have the latest version of Acrobat Reader installed on your computer
5. If you are using AOhelL and still having trouble, dump them and get a real ISP
Once you have exhausted these options and still have no success, contact me. And for goodness sake, give me all the details. I am not a mind-reader. so there is nothing worse than trying to fix something without knowing all the details.
Sorry if I come across hard, but this little stuff is stealing a lot of my time and keeping me from what I enjoy. if you will do the above before contacting me, it would be much appreciated.

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.
