Presentment papers

I'm putting my presenment papers together to send to my wifes credit card company. I put my name down for the secred party. The trade-name I put down hers, or my name and hers?

What kind of "presentment papers" are you speaking of?

Personally, I wouldn't handle the CCC with those exact presentments. Simply request verification... I wouldn't even send them a PN -- they could turn that into cash and that just takes more wealth away from Americans.



There may be an easier way to deal with the CCC's and it might even put some $$ in your pocket ... it all depends on how stubborn the attorney handling the account is.

CCC's = Credit Card Companies

PN = Promissory Note

I was/am in the situation with a CCC, when it was suggested(by Ice, Thank You) to request certified verification, along with the certified verification send along the Debt Collector Disclosure Statement. Its been almost two months and not a peep out of these ****roaches. Another thing, make sure you don't argue, about anything, just keep on requesting verification(Thanks Jerseee).

Do you have a reqest Certififed Verification and Debt Collector Disclosure Statement or is the one on this site.

Use the Debt Collector Disclosure Statement that you have within your VOD package. Your request for verification can be made from the docs already in your possession. Just leave out all that copyright stuff... and quote the LAW as Jerseee did in his letters (available in the download section)... but formulate your own letters... this is a "do it yourself" kind of project... plenty of info has already been supplied within this forum.
